

Danial, my husband, loves ginger and uses it regularly in his tea. Not only does it taste great, it also has many health benefits. Today I wanna share with you his recipe for what he calls his 'ginger paste'.
First you take 50g of ginger and you grate it or mix it (whatever you prefer), then you add 1 big spoon of honey and you mix it all together. You can put it in a glass jar (as shown in the pictures) and then you put it in the refrigerator.
Personally, we don't like to eat it every day because in Persian culture, it's considered to be a 'warm' food that might irritate your stomach if eaten too much. We prefer using in every other day or every two days, maybe just one or two spoons in our tea, or even with just some hot water.
If stored in the fridge and in a well sealed jar, you'll be able to keep this for about a week or more.
